Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd, 1981) is a South African actress, model and television personality. After beginning her acting career by appearing on her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her first role as Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was featured on several shows in the past decade and included in them Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. From 2016, Brandt has played the character as Mazikeen in the series of urban fantasy Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born within Cape Town South Africa. Later, in her late teens she immigrated along with her parents in Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's profession began as a model, appearing in magazine and television advertisements. Her meteoric rise as a supermodel began when she was working in retail and recruitment for information technology. In the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity that she starred in, playing Leilani F'auigaese in 2009, her debut role secured. Her first big appearance was in 2021, when she appeared as the part of a slave girl Naevia for the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The role of Naevia was also played by her in the Spartacus mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). Her first role was Mazikeen, a demon who is a bounty hunter in Netflix's top show Lucifer. The role is her most prominent to date. On the show she co-stars alongside Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
