Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. Her most well-known roles include playing Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. The actress played Daphne in a role that was regular on the HBO drama True Blood's second season. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. At the time, in Maury County, she began teaching kindergarten and first grade Reading. When she got married to the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she moved into Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary is where she began to teach 4th grade. The years 1999 and 2000 saw Ashley continued teaching as she earned her Masters of Teaching from Trevecca Nazarene University. However it was in 2000 that they were able to welcome Baylor. Ashley spent 15 years serving the community, her church as well as children. Ashley has served as a leader for the Preschool Ministry, and in Student Ministry for more than 13 years. Ashley taught her children at home during the time she was at her home. During their home schooling years children attended a home school class in which Ashley also taught History in Kindergarten and 1st Grade. God had clearly shown her and their family that it was important to return to schools. While Ashley enjoyed being a homeschooler, she also enjoyed being with her five children. Brent and Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz are GCA students. Baylor is a GCA graduated attends college playing baseball in UT Martin. Callan also a GCA graduate, attends Western Kentucky University. The family is very engaged and they enjoy hunting, fishing and supporting each other in sports.
